Z Type bucket elevator
Z-type bucket elevator is one of the bucket elevator series products designed and manufactured by our company. According to the different positions of the inlet and outlet, it is named after the letter "Z"; it can meet the requirements of multi-point unloading at any position.
Multi point feeding Z-type elevator can realize multi-point automatic feeding, which can meet the feeding requirements of multiple silos of one machine. The discharging point can be set freely, and the blanking control is automatically completed by the equipment. Multi point hopper elevator is suitable for lifting from low to high.
Continuous bucket elevators are used to handle powders, bulk solids or friable ,fragile materials because they minimize product damage or are used to handle light fluffy materials where aeration of the product must be avoided. Continuous bucket elevators have buckets spaced continuously and operate at slower speeds. The continuous bucket placement allows the force of gravity to discharge their load onto the inverted front of the proceeding bucket. The bucket then guides that material into the discharge throat on the descending side of the elevator.
